Eulalia “Lalie” Juarez Vera lives in Denver, Colorado. Her career expands over the last 24 years working in inbound U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Lalie is a first-generation immigrant from Jerez, Mexico. She is biliterate in English and Spanish.
She attended the University of Colorado Boulder and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree with a doble major: English and Political Science. Years later, she attended one year of law school, in St. Paul, MN. Most recently, in December 2020, she graduated with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with specialization in Strategic Leadership (MSOL,) from the University of Colorado.
Her career focus and dedication to Immigration Law has afforded her the opportunity to work with people from all walks of live from all over the world who come to the U.S. seeking legal temporary stay or permanent residence. She considers this life-long opportunity her source of inspiration and strength.
Lalie’s experience with family-based Immigration Law includes representation with fiancé visas, all types of family petitions, including the different types of Waivers and Consular Processing, DACA Applications, Victims’ visas, VAWA, affirmative asylum, and U visas. She is highly skilled in the preparation of Naturalization and U.S. Passport Applications.
Her experience in Immigration Court includes ten-year cancellation of removal, adjustment of status in proceedings, special cancellation of removal, defensive asylum, bond hearings, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, (SIJS).
Lalie also has experience with business-based Immigration Law including TN visas, H-1B visas, Labor Certifications, P and Q, visas, L-1A and L-1B visas, E-2 visas, business-based adjustment of status, and Consular Processing, and religious visas.
Lalie lives a happy and fulfilling life accompanied by her teen son, Sebashtian and her white German Shepherd, “Lobo-Bear.” Lalie will attend to your cause with care, respect, and professionalism.
